Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 jar kale
- 250 ml meat broth
- 500 g jacket potatoes
- 200 g cheese (Gouda)
- 4 Mett sausages
- 250 g cream
- 2 eggs
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Slice the Mettwurst sausages and fry them slightly, then layer them with the kale and potatoes in a casserole dish. Season with salt and pepper occasionally. Then whisk the meat broth with the cream and egg and season. Sprinkle the casserole with grated cheese and bake at approximately 200°C for 45 minutes.
