Kale with Bregenwurst and (sugared) Potatoes

The perfect kale with bregenwurst and (sugared) potatoes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 bag Fresh kale
  • 4 Bregen sausages
  • 1 kg Potatoes
  • 1 piece Pork belly with a layer of fat, rind and bone
  1. Wash the kale, sort out bad leaves if necessary, cut into small pieces & cook with a little water, belly meat and spices for 2 hours. Place the Bregenwürste on top of the kale 20 minutes before the end of the cooking time. Poke the sausages a little. In the meantime, cook the potatoes. Caramelize with sugar in a pan as desired. Serve everything together with a little mustard & enjoy 🙂
