Kara’s Apple Dream

  • 150 g Soak sultanas in rum
  • 500 g Braeburn apples (remove final weight after peeling etc.)

  • 4 Eggs
  • 150 g Brown sugar
  • 2 tsp Lime juice

  • 75 g Chopped almonds
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 125 g Wheat flour 1050
  • 150 g Creme fraiche Cheese
  • 150 g Cinnamon
  • 150 g Ginger
  • 150 g Salt
  1. Soak raisins in rum and peel and chop the apples. Mix the butter, half of the sugar, the vanilla sugar, 1 egg and the lime juice well. Then stir in the flour, baking powder, almonds and sultanas. Pour the batter into a mold and layer the chopped apples on top. Put in the oven at 175 ° C for 45 minutes.
