Karin’s Fiery Asian Pan
The perfect karin’s fiery asian pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 piece Large king oyster mushrooms (or other mushrooms)
- 3 piece Small cherry tomatoes
- 1 piece Red pepper
- 1 pinch Mei Tai Spring Onions (Penny)
- 1 pinch Vitasia chillies chopped (Lidl)
- 1 pinch Vitasia curcuma ground (Lidl)
- 1 pinch Vitasia lemongrass ground (Lidl)
- 1 pinch White pepper
- 1 package Wok noodles (approx. 400 g)
- 1 packet Turkey fillet strips (already seared by Bernard Matthews)
- Oil
- Soy sauce
- Brush the king oyster mushrooms, wash the cherry tomatoes and the bell pepper, cut everything into small pieces, core the bell pepper.
- Fry everything in a wok with a little oil and add the mentioned spices to taste and taste.
- Then add the wok noodles with water and bring to the boil.
- Finally add the turkey fillet strips, season with soy sauce and cook for about 5 – 8 minutes over medium heat.
