Salmon Pan

The perfect salmon pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 300 g Fresh salmon skinless
  • 1 Red pepper
  • 1 kl. Zucchini
  • 1 Onion
  • 0,5 Clove of garlic
  • Juice of one lemon
  • 4 tsp Olive oil
  • 1 branch Thyme
  • 100 g Rice
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  1. Wash the fish, pat dry and cut into large cubes. Cut the garlic into slices. Mix lemon juice, 2 teaspoons of olive oil, garlic, thyme, salt and pepper to a marinade and marinate the fish in it for 1 hour.
  2. Cut the onion, zucchini and bell pepper into large cubes. Heat 2 teaspoons of olive oil and fry the onions. When the onions are translucent, add the zucchini and peppers and continue frying. About 5 minutes Now add the fish with the marinade to the vegetables and fry for another 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook rice firm to the bite in salted water. (I still had a leftover purple rice here that I bought at a Christmas market.) Serve fish and vegetables with rice. Good Appetite.
