Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 6 hours; Total time approx. 6 hours 15 minutes
Pizza in white
Mix the flour with salt and bread crumbs. Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm water, add it to the flour with a dash of oil, and knead everything into a smooth yeast dough. The dough should not stick. Cover and let rise for about 6 hours. Season the sour cream with garlic, dill, pepper, and salt, and mix well. Roll out the pizza dough thinly, spread it with the sour cream, spread the thinly sliced onion rings (moisten them with a little oil beforehand so that a light film of oil completely coats the onions) on top, sprinkle with grated cheese, and finally the salmon pieces. Season with pepper, if desired. Bake in a preheated oven (240°C or higher) on the pizza setting or with fan-assisted heat for about 7 minutes. Alternatively, bake the pizza in a preheated Alfredo pizza oven on setting 2.5-3 for about 5 minutes.
