- Heat the Biskin in a large frying pan and fry the chops very quickly on both sides until golden brown, then place in a preheated dry pan and keep warm for a short time.
- 4 Place the pineapple slices in the roasting set and let them brown as well. Put two pineapple slices on each chop and a tasty meat dish can be served.
- A puree and sauerkraut go very well with it - I served my "Sauerkraut-potato puree with lots of onions" - made from leftovers - with it; and that was a delicious extremely quick meal.
