Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 750 g smoked salmon
- 2 m.-sized onion(s)
- 3 processed cheese corners
- 2 packs of sweet cream
- 1 can pineapple
- 2 tsp broth, instant
- Fat, for frying

in the roasting bag
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius, then cook the smoked pork roast in a roasting bag for 30 minutes. In the meantime, slice the onions into half rings and heat the cream cheese together with the cream. Briefly sauté the onions in a pan. Cut the roast into slices and brown them with the onions. Then place the smoked pork slices in a roasting pan with the cream cheese sauce. Place a pineapple slice on each slice and cook everything on the middle rack at 200 degrees Celsius for 45 minutes. This goes well with dumplings and sauerkraut.
