Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 400 g carrot(s)
  • 2 onions
  • 40 g butter
  • 200 ml broth
  • 200 ml whipped cream
  • 300 g smoked pork loin without bone, pre-cooked
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Peel the carrots and slice diagonally into thin slices. Peel and dice the onions, then sauté in the melted fat. Add the carrots and sauté. Pour in the broth and cream, cover, and simmer for 5 minutes over low heat. Cut the meat into thin strips. Lightly thicken the vegetable broth (e.g., with Mondamin or flour). Add the meat to the carrots and simmer for 5 minutes over low heat. Finely chop the parsley and finely chop the chives. Add both to the sauce and season with pepper and a pinch of sugar. Serve with boiled or unboiled potatoes.
