Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 800 g waxy potatoes
  • 500 g smoked pork
  • 2 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 1 stalk(s) leek
  • 200 g mushrooms
  • 1 tsp marjoram
  • 1 cup crème fraîche with herbs
  • 1 tbsp grainy mustard
  • 3 tbsp oil, for frying
  • salt and pepper

a quick and easy recipe that almost everyone will enjoy.

Dice the smoked pork and onions, fry together in a little oil, remove from the pan, and cover to keep warm. Slice the leek into rings and sauté in the frying fat. Add the mushrooms, season with salt and pepper, remove from the pan, and add to the meat. Dice the potatoes and fry for about 25 minutes, seasoning with salt and pepper at regular intervals. Return everything to the pan. Add the crème fraîche, marjoram, and mustard, and season to taste.
