Red cabbage salad with yogurt

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 small head of red cabbage, grated
  • 1 onion(s), finely diced
  • 1 apple, sour, finely diced
  • ½ bunch chives, chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 7 tbsp natural yogurt
  • 5 tbsp tartar sauce
  • salt and pepper
  • Sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Salt the red cabbage. Then add the onion and apple. Fold in the chives. Stir in the lemon juice, pepper, a little sugar, yogurt, and remoulade. After the salad has simmered for a while, stir again and season to taste. Add more seasoning to taste.
