Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g smoked pork
  • 1 can of pineapple (medium-sized can)
  • 2 apples
  • 1 lemon(s), juice
  • 125 ml cream
  • 125 g mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Cook the smoked pork until tender and cut into pieces. Cut the pineapple into pieces or sticks. Peel the apples and cut into sticks. Then mix the lemon juice, cream, and mayonnaise together and season with salt and pepper. Mix the sauce with the smoked pork, pineapple, and apples and let it sit for a while before serving.
