Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 750 g potatoes
- 500 g smoked pork
- 500 g sauerkraut
- 1 bag of mashed potato powder
- 1 cup crème fraîche
- 250 g cheese, grated
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Boil the potatoes, peel them, slice them, and place them in a greased casserole dish. Dice the smoked pork, fry them in a pan with a little oil, and spread them on top of the potatoes. Spread the sauerkraut on top. Prepare the mashed potatoes according to the package instructions, stir in the crème fraîche, and spread the mashed potatoes on top of the sauerkraut. Finally, sprinkle the grated cheese on top. Bake the casserole at 200°C (400°F) for about 40 minutes.
