Katharina’s Sweet Stew
The perfect katharina’s sweet stew recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- Amaretto
- 200 g Amarettini almond biscuits
- 300 g Strawberries
- 500 g Mascarpone
- 2 packet Vanilla sugar
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 4 tbsp Orange juice
- 200 g Flaked almonds
- Put the amarettini in a dish and sprinkle evenly with the amaretto.
- Clean, wash and dry the strawberries and cut them lengthways into slices. Spread over the amarettini.
- Place the mascarpone in a mixing bowl. Mix in the vanilla sugar, orange juice and sugar with a whisk. Spread the mascarpone on the strawberries. Add two more layers as needed.
- Finally, roast the almond leaves in a pan without fat and spread them over the dessert. Put in the fridge for 2 hours.
