Katharina’s Sweet Stew

The perfect katharina’s sweet stew recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • Amaretto
  • 200 g Amarettini almond biscuits
  • 300 g Strawberries
  • 500 g Mascarpone
  • 2 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 4 tbsp Orange juice
  • 200 g Flaked almonds
  1. Put the amarettini in a dish and sprinkle evenly with the amaretto.
  2. Clean, wash and dry the strawberries and cut them lengthways into slices. Spread over the amarettini.
  3. Place the mascarpone in a mixing bowl. Mix in the vanilla sugar, orange juice and sugar with a whisk. Spread the mascarpone on the strawberries. Add two more layers as needed.
  4. Finally, roast the almond leaves in a pan without fat and spread them over the dessert. Put in the fridge for 2 hours.
