Zucchini Sausage Pan One Pot

The perfect zucchini sausage pan one pot recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 tbsp Wild garlic or herbal oil, own production
  • 2 piece Knofi toes
  • 4 piece Spring onion
  • 150 g Cabanossi
  • 150 g Poultry meat sausage
  • 1 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp Paprika pulp
  • 250 g Spirelli
  • 750 ml Broth
  • 1 piece Zucchini a little bigger
  • 1 tbsp Fresh herbs thyme, oregano, rosemary each
  • Salt, pepper, chilli, paprika
  • Parmesan
  1. Heat the oil – preferably herbal or wild garlic oil – in a pan (with a lid),
  2. Fry cabanossi and beef sausage in cubes in hot oil. Press in the Knofi, add the zucchini in cubes. Add the paprika pulp and tomato paste, deglaze with the broth – not all at once, better pour in a little later – and add the spirelli. Add the spring onion, cut into fine rings, season well. With the lid closed, boil down to the desired consistency. Stir occasionally. Fold in the herbs and sprinkle with Parmesan.
