Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 180 g spelt flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 150 g chocolate (block chocolate)
- 15 g sweetener (Canderel)
- 130 g butter
- 1 shot of milk
- 50 g almond(s), ground
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
makes about 20 cookies
Combine flour, eggs, baking powder, finely chopped chocolate, Canderel, butter, a generous splash of milk, ground almonds, and vanilla sugar in a food processor and mix well (you can also use a hand mixer). Preheat the oven to 190°C fan/convection oven. Using two spoons, place small mounds of dough onto the baking sheet lined with baking paper, leaving some space between each mound. Bake on the middle rack for 10 minutes. Let cool on a wire rack.
