Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 300 g pasta (tube pasta)
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 gr. can/n peas
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 2 cups of cream
  • 150 g ham (can be omitted for vegetarians)
  • 100 g cheese (grated Emmental)
  • nutmeg
  • salt and pepper
  • Vegetable broth, granulated
  • Parsley, dried
  • Garlic granules

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Not exactly low in calories, but very tasty, also available as a vegetarian version.

Pre-cook the pasta for about 5 minutes. Grease the baking dish and add the pasta. Peel the onion, slice it into rings, and arrange it on top of the pasta. Hard-boil the eggs, slice them, and arrange them on top of the onions. Season with salt and pepper. Mix the sour cream with the cream until smooth, then season with nutmeg, salt, pepper, vegetable stock, parsley, and garlic to taste. Drain the peas and add them. Chop the ham (if desired) and add it as well, stirring to combine. Place everything in the baking dish, sprinkle with cheese, and bake at 200°C (top/bottom heat, oven on the middle rack) for about 30 minutes, until the cheese is lightly browned.
