Kefir-radish drink

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 ml kefir (0.3% fat)
  • Salt
  • Pepper, white
  • 5 radishes
  • 2 tsp cress

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Season the kefir with salt and pepper. Wash the radishes and cut them into sticks. Stir the radishes into the kefir. Pour into a glass and sprinkle with cress.
