Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g tagliatelle pasta
- 150g bacon
- 150 g cooked ham
- 1 tbsp butter or margarine
- 300 g cream
- nutmeg
- Salt
- pepper
- chives
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
hearty and creamy with bacon and cooked ham
Cook the pasta al dente. Cut both types of ham into thin strips or cubes and fry briefly in melted butter. Add the cream and let it reduce slightly. Season with nutmeg, salt, and pepper, and stir in chives to taste just before serving. Toss the pasta with the sauce. If you prefer, you can also serve the two separately.
