- 300 g mascarpone
- 100 g cream cheese
- 3 tsp stevia powder or powdered sweetener with erythritol, more to taste
- 10 ml lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 150 g blueberries, frozen, unsweetened

First, thaw the frozen blueberries in a sieve to allow the water to drain. Then, add the mascarpone, cream cheese, lemon juice, and stevia to a blender along with the drained blueberries and blend until creamy. Finally, simply pour the fruit cream into three dessert bowls and enjoy! Enjoy!
