Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 eggs
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • ½ tsp paprika powder, hot
  • 1 tsp chives, dried or freshly chopped
  • 1 tomato(s)
  • 100 g bacon, diced
  • 1 handful of pizza cheese
  • 1 tbsp cream cheese (Brunch Paprika & Pepper), optional

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Low-carb, high-fat

Whisk the eggs with the spices and chives. Dice the tomato and add it to the eggs along with the bacon, cheese, and brunch. Stir well again. Fry in a pan as desired. Some people prefer scrambled eggs golden brown, others prefer them light and fluffy, so it’s up to you. Serve with protein bread and salami. This recipe is perfect for a low-carb, high-fat diet and will keep you full for a long time.
