KiBa Muffins
The perfect kiba muffins recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 200 Gr Flour
- 90 Gr Soft butter
- 40 Gr Sugar
- 1 Tl Baking powder
- 100 Gr White chocolate
- 150 Gr Sour cherries
- 2 Eggs
- 0,5 Banana
- 50 Ml Milk
- Stir the butter and sugar until creamy and fold in the eggs one by one.
- Sieve the flour and baking powder together and add to the sugar mass, add the milk and use the mixer to form a smooth dough.
- Now melt the chocolate in a hot water bath. Stir the melted chocolate into the batter.
- Now fold in the sour cherries and the banana. (the banana, I took half, quartered and cut into small pieces!)
- Pour the dough into the molds, with a muffin tray the mass is exactly 6 pieces, with the paper muffin cups you could get twice as much. Bake in the preheated oven (fan-assisted) at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. Decorate as needed 🙂
