KiBa Muffins

The perfect kiba muffins recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 Gr Flour
  • 90 Gr Soft butter
  • 40 Gr Sugar
  • 1 Tl Baking powder
  • 100 Gr White chocolate
  • 150 Gr Sour cherries
  • 2 Eggs
  • 0,5 Banana
  • 50 Ml Milk
  1. Stir the butter and sugar until creamy and fold in the eggs one by one.
  1. Sieve the flour and baking powder together and add to the sugar mass, add the milk and use the mixer to form a smooth dough.
  1. Now melt the chocolate in a hot water bath. Stir the melted chocolate into the batter.
  1. Now fold in the sour cherries and the banana. (the banana, I took half, quartered and cut into small pieces!)
  1. Pour the dough into the molds, with a muffin tray the mass is exactly 6 pieces, with the paper muffin cups you could get twice as much. Bake in the preheated oven (fan-assisted) at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. Decorate as needed 🙂
