Hazelnut Apple Waffles

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 250 g butter
  • 125 g sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 200 g flour
  • 2 tbsp hazelnuts, ground
  • 2 cl brandy
  • 1 apple

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cream the butter and sugar until fluffy. Add the eggs, flour, ground hazelnuts, and brandy one at a time. Peel the apple, cut it into small cubes, and fold it into the mixture. Then bake in a greased waffle iron.
