Kimchi tostada with avocado

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 tortillas
  • 1 avocado(s)
  • 6 tbsp kimchi
  • 1 bunch of coriander
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp raw cane sugar
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • some sriracha sauce
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

a quick, aromatic and vegan snack

Brush the tortillas with olive oil and sprinkle with sugar and garlic powder. Spread the kimchi on the tortillas and bake in the oven at 350 degrees F for about 10 minutes, until the edges are browned. Halve and dice the avocado and spread it on the finished tostadas. Lightly season the topping with salt and pepper. Drizzle with a little sriracha sauce and garnish with chopped cilantro.
