Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1,000 g flour, white
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp sugar
  • 4 g coffee powder, Caro-
  • ½ tbsp curd
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 250 ml buttermilk
  • 250 ml milk
  • 1 cube of yeast, fresh

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Place flour, salt, sugar, egg, and quark in the bowl of a food processor. Heat buttermilk and regular milk. Dissolve yeast and Caro coffee in the mixture. Add everything to the food processor and mix on high for 3 minutes. Use a large microwave bowl. Dust the bottom with flour, place the loaf of bread in the bowl, and smooth it with a damp, lukewarm hand. Then score the loaf. Cover. Place in the preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius (top and bottom heat) for 70 minutes. Do not open the lid beforehand!
