Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g butter
  • 75 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 2 m.-sized eggs
  • 200 g flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 300 g Kinder Surprise eggs, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 35 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Simply

Cream the butter, sugar, and vanilla sugar until fluffy, then beat in the eggs. Combine the flour and baking powder and stir in. Stir in the chopped Kinder Surprise eggs. Place walnut-sized heaps of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper (it will hold about 16 eggs). Bake at 200°C (top/bottom heat) or 180°C (fan oven) for about 10-15 minutes. The cookies should be fluffy and lightly browned.
