Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 cake base (light sponge cake, triple)
  • 16 pieces of confectionery (Kinderpingui)
  • 6 bananas
  • 600 ml whipped cream
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 2 tbsp chocolate sprinkles

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

for the children’s birthday party

Mash the Kinder Pingui with a fork. Whip 400ml of cream until stiff and mix in. Place a sponge cake layer on a cake ring or springform pan. Slice the bananas and cover the sponge cake with half of them. Spread half of the Pingui cream on top. Place the second layer on top and add the remaining bananas and cream. Cover with the third layer. Whip 200ml of cream with the vanilla sugar until stiff, fold in the chocolate sprinkles, and spread the cream all over the cake.
