Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 600 g king prawns
- 2 onions
- 5 garlic cloves
- 1 lemon(s)
- 100 ml white wine
- Salt
- 200 ml olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Dice the onions and garlic. Squeeze the lemon, reserving the juice. Lightly salt the king prawns. Heat the olive oil in a pan and first sauté the onions until translucent. Then add the garlic and sauté briefly. Add the king prawns to the pan and cook for 5 minutes, turning occasionally. Then add the white wine and lemon juice and toss everything briefly until the king prawns are pink. Serve with the stock and bread for soaking.
