King Prawns in Hot Coconut Sauce
The perfect king prawns in hot coconut sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g King Prawns
- 2 Red pointed peppers
- 2 Medium sized carrot
- 200 ml Unsweetened coconut milk
- Asia spice mix
- 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon Sambal Oelek hot
- Wash the bell peppers and cut into strips. Peel the carrots, wash and slice thinly.
- Heat the oil, fry the king prawns briefly on both sides, remove them, fry the vegetables in the remaining oil, deglaze with coconut milk and cook for about 10 minutes
- Then let the king prawns get hot again
