King Prawns in Hot Coconut Sauce

The perfect king prawns in hot coconut sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g King Prawns
  • 2 Red pointed peppers
  • 2 Medium sized carrot
  • 200 ml Unsweetened coconut milk
  • Asia spice mix
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon Sambal Oelek hot
  1. Wash the bell peppers and cut into strips. Peel the carrots, wash and slice thinly.
  2. Heat the oil, fry the king prawns briefly on both sides, remove them, fry the vegetables in the remaining oil, deglaze with coconut milk and cook for about 10 minutes
  3. Then let the king prawns get hot again
