Ingredients
 

  • 250 g King Prawns
  • 2 Red pointed peppers
  • 2 Medium carrot
  • 200 ml Unsweetened coconut milk
  • Asia spice mix
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon Sambal Oelek hot

Instructions
 

  • Wash the bell peppers and cut into strips. Peel the carrots, wash and slice thinly.
  • Heat the oil, fry the king prawns briefly on both sides, remove them, fry the vegetables in the remaining oil, deglaze with coconut milk and cook for about 10 minutes
  • Then let the king prawns get hot again
