Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g flour
  • 100 g sugar
  • 100 ml milk
  • 70 g butter, melted
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Preheat the oven to 180°C fan/convection oven. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix with a mixer. Line two baking sheets with baking paper and place about 12 scoops of batter on each sheet. Bake for about 12 minutes. This batter makes about 24 cookies. Variations: Mix a handful of raisins or 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder into the basic batter.
