Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 cup milk
- 4 eggs
- 1 tbsp, leveled flour
- 1 pinch of salt
- Clarified butter
- powdered sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Without separating eggs – the recipe is from a Tyrolean mountain hut owner.
Whisk all ingredients until fluffy. Heat a greased pan until thoroughly heated and pour the mixture in. Cover and let the mixture set on both sides until browned to your liking. Finally, tear the omelet apart with two forks and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
