Kitchen Sponge Germ-Free In Three Minutes – That’s How It Works

Kitchen sponge germ-free in three minutes – that’s how it works

To sanitize your kitchen sponge, you need some washing-up liquid and a microwave.

  1. First, put the detergent on the sponge and place it in a bowl full of water. The sponge should be completely soaked with water before squeezing it out lightly.
  2. As protection, we recommend a piece of kitchen paper, which you place under the sponge. Sponges often contain plastic that could melt in the microwave.
  3. Now put both in the microwave and switch it on for about 1-2 minutes.
  4. Then open the microwave and let the clean sponge cool down a bit. He is now germ-free – in less than three minutes!
