Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 kiwis
- 1 large banana(s)
- 2 prickly pear(s)
- 100 ml orange juice
- 4 tbsp, heaped natural yogurt
- 100 ml milk
- some sugar or sugar substitute, if needed

quick fruity breakfast
Halve the kiwis and prickly pears and scoop out the flesh with a teaspoon. Peel the banana and break it into pieces. Place everything in a high-speed blender and blend on high for about 2 minutes. Add sugar only if needed.
