Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 kiwis
  • 1 large banana(s)
  • 2 prickly pear(s)
  • 100 ml orange juice
  • 4 tbsp, heaped natural yogurt
  • 100 ml milk
  • some sugar or sugar substitute, if needed

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Halve the kiwis and prickly pears and scoop out the flesh with a teaspoon. Peel the banana and break it into pieces. Place everything in a high-speed blender and blend on high for about 2 minutes. Add sugar only if needed.
