- 2 Kiwi fresh
- 450 g Rye flour
- 1 packet Baking powder
- 1 tsp Cinammon
- 500 ml Low fat milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla powder
- Peel the kiwis, cut them into small cubes and mash them in 200 ml milk with a fork.
- Add the rest of the milk.
- Now weigh the other dry ingredients in a bowl and knead well.
- The result is a very firm dough and you can decide whether to put it in a loaf pan or shape it into a small loaf.
