Kiwi Bread

  • 2 Kiwi fresh
  • 450 g Rye flour
  • 1 packet Baking powder
  • 1 tsp Cinammon
  • 500 ml Low fat milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla powder
  1. Peel the kiwis, cut them into small cubes and mash them in 200 ml milk with a fork.
  2. Add the rest of the milk.
  3. Now weigh the other dry ingredients in a bowl and knead well.
  4. The result is a very firm dough and you can decide whether to put it in a loaf pan or shape it into a small loaf.
  5. Bake at 175 ° C in a preheated oven for 60 minutes (you may have to cover it so that it doesn’t burn while baking). Then brush with milk and bake a nice crust on the grill setting.
