Kiwi – Curry – Meat

Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 8 steak(s) minute steaks
  • 10 kiwi(s), nice and ripe, must not be firm, otherwise they will be sour
  • 1 jar curry sauce (used for grilling)
  • 100 ml sweet cream
  • 2 bags of rice
  • salt and pepper
  • Vegetable broth, instant

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Boil water and start preparing the rice as described. Take a tall pot, add a little oil, cut the kiwis into pieces, reserving two for decoration on the four plates. Add the kiwi pieces to the pot, toss briefly, add half a jar of curry sauce, cream, and perhaps a small splash of water. Then blend the whole thing with a “magic wand”; it should become a nice, creamy sauce. Season with pepper, a little salt, and (important) a little vegetable stock powder. Keep warm. Fry the meat until browned to your liking. Remove the rice, divide it among the plates, arrange the decorations, add the meat, and then pour the kiwi curry sauce over it.
