Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 6 kiwifruits, ripe
  • 250 g sugar
  • 1 lemon(s), the juice
  • ½ tsp lemon(s) – zest, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Light and delicious

Peel the kiwis, cut into pieces, and simmer with the remaining ingredients for about 30 minutes. Place 1/2 teaspoon onto a plate to test for settling. If it’s still too runny after cooling, increase the cooking time by 5 minutes. Now pour the jam into a jar and let it cool. This will yield approximately 400 g of jam (1 jar).
