Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 kg kiwi(s)
- 1 packet of powdered sugar
- 300 ml lemonade
- 1 bottle of vodka
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Peel the kiwis and chop into large pieces. Vigorously puree them with the powdered sugar, lemonade, and vodka. Store in the refrigerator or freeze in plastic bottles. Tastes delicious in sparkling wine or on its own with ice cubes. Alternatively, you can freeze the limeade in ice cube bags and serve it with lemonade in the summer. The amount of lemonade is approximate—I use it based on my taste and the desired consistency. In sparkling wine, the limeade should be a bit more liquid than if served with plenty of lemonade as a long drink.
