Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 750 g fruits (forest fruits, frozen)
  • 500 g powdered sugar
  • 100 ml lemon juice
  • 250 ml water
  • 750 ml vodka

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Super quick to prepare and a good change

Dissolve the powdered sugar in the water. Thaw the wild berries and blend them with the water. Then mix with the remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Strain the mixture through a sieve and pour into appropriately prepared bottles. As for shelf life, the liqueur will keep for up to six months, which is when we’re usually done drinking it!
