Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 8 kiwis
  • 1 lemon(s), the juice
  • ½ liter mineral water or soda water
  • Maple syrup to taste

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

simple, but very refreshing, delicious kiwi drink

Peel the kiwis and place them in a tall container. Add the lemon juice. Blend both with a hand blender, top up with the mineral water, and stir gently. If you prefer a sweeter taste, you can add maple syrup to your liking.
