Minced meat dumpling pan

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • 1 pack of dough (potato dumpling dough) from the refrigerated section
  • 2 cups of sweet cream
  • 1 tbsp broth, clear, instant
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 can of mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp chives, cut into rolls
  • 1 tsp parsley, chopped
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 bag(s) cheese, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Combine the minced meat with the egg and breadcrumbs and season with salt and pepper. Form the seasoned minced meat and dumpling dough into dumplings, each weighing about 50g, and place them alternately in a baking dish. Mix the cream, clear broth, 1 teaspoon of salt, and pepper together and pour over the dumplings. Drain the mushrooms and scatter them on top. Make the herb butter from about 2 tablespoons of softened butter, 1 teaspoon each of chives, 1 teaspoon of parsley, and a pinch of salt and spread it in flakes over the mushrooms. Sprinkle the cheese on top and bake in the oven at 180°C for 40-45 minutes.
