Kiwi sorbet on a stick

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 70 g powdered sugar
  • 13 kiwis
  • 1 lime(s), the juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel and quarter 12 kiwis. Blend until smooth with lime juice and powdered sugar, then strain through a sieve. Pour 150 ml of the mixture into four serving molds (you can use washed-out yogurt cups if you don’t have one) and freeze in the freezer for about 2 hours, until the mixture begins to freeze. Peel the remaining kiwi and cut 4 slices from the center. Place a slice on each kiwi popsicle and insert a wooden stick through the center. Leave in the freezer until the popsicle is completely solid. To remove from the mold, briefly run it under warm water.
