Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g butter
- 3 eggs
- 150 g flour
- 150 g powdered sugar
- 3 tbsp cocoa or Ovaltine, approx. 20 g
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- Butter for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Grease a cake pan (approx. 24 cm in diameter) with butter. Melt the butter, remove from the heat, and whisk the eggs and sugar into the cooled mixture. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour the batter into the pan. Bake for 15-20 minutes (my tip: 17 minutes) in an oven preheated to 175°C (350°F). It’s okay if the cake doesn’t rise; it should still be slightly runny in the center (it will firm up as it cools).
