  • 150 g flour
  • 50 g sugar
  • 100 g butter
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • Icing sugar, chocolate coating, sugar pearls, etc.

Cream the butter and sugar until fluffy, add the vanilla sugar, and gradually stir in the flour. Form the dough into a ball, knead it a little more to make it smoother, then roll it out on the countertop. If the dough is sticky, add a little more flour. Cut out cookies and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. This dough is enough for about one baking tray. Bake the cookies in a preheated oven at 200°C (top and bottom heat, middle rack) for about 10 minutes, until golden brown. Remove the tray from the oven, let the cookies cool, and decorate with icing, chocolate coating, and sugar pearls. Go with anything you like! These cookies are quick and easy to make, and you’ll almost always have the ingredients on hand. They’re ideal for beginners or those baking with children!
