Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- 2 eggs
- 1 onion(s)
- salt and pepper
- 1 tsp parsley
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 bag of chips (Oriental), crumbled, 3 tbsp of which for the minced meat
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 3 small peppers
- 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 1 dash of sauce (Sriracha) or 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Deviled meatballs, spicy
Mix all ingredients together. Season with salt and pepper, if desired. Form the mixture into small patties and coat them in the remaining crushed chips. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for approximately 40 minutes. Turn over after 20 minutes.
