Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 40 g oat flakes, fine
  • 1 m.-sized apple
  • 10 g raisins
  • 10 g almond(s), small chopped
  • 1 cup of cold water (approx. 150 ml)
  • 100 g yogurt
  • some cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

with yogurt instead of milk

Pour the water over the oats and stir a little to help them absorb the water more quickly. While the oats are swelling, cut the apple into small pieces and add them to the oats. Then add the almonds and raisins. Stir in the yogurt and season with cinnamon to taste. The amounts can be adjusted. This version is quite soupy. If you prefer it a bit thicker, use only 100 ml of water.
