Potato salad with apples

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 10 potatoes
  • 2 apples, sour
  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 2 bell peppers, red
  • ½ cup crème fraîche
  • ½ tube(s) mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp mustard, medium hot
  • 1 tsp homemade mustard
  • 2 packs of ready-made salad dressing mix (paprika and herbs)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Boil the potatoes with their skins on, peel them, and slice them. Dice the bell pepper, peeled cucumber, and peeled apples. Make a dressing with mayonnaise, crème fraîche, mustard, and the salad mix and toss with the vegetables.
