Knackwurst in Potato Dough

- 1 piece Egg
- 500 g Cooked potato
- 4 piece Cracked sausages
- 100 g Flour
- Salt and pepper
- Oil for frying
- Knead the freshly cooked, squeezed potatoes with the flour, egg, salt and pepper.
