For this chocolate sheet cake, you only need a sufficiently large bowl and a cup or mug with a volume of approximately 250 ml. To prepare, simply pour the ingredients into the bowl one after the other. First, measure out the flour, sugar, and cocoa powder in the cup and pour them in. Then add the sunflower oil and sparkling water. Make sure that you use equal amounts of oil and water. Next, add the vanilla sugar, baking powder, chocolate shavings, brittle (e.g., walnut brittle), and ground almonds. Finally, crack 4 or 5 eggs and add them. The decision as to whether you need 4 or 5 eggs depends on the size of the cup you use. Then mix everything thoroughly, making sure that the flour is removed from the bottom of the cake. Pour the batter onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper and place it in the preheated oven. Bake at 180°C (top/bottom heat) on the middle rack for between 25 and 30 minutes. Let cool, cut and enjoy decorated with powdered sugar.
