Blueberry Muffin

- 250 g Blueberries fresh
- 250 ml Buttermilk
- 1 Egg
- 150 g Sugar
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 300 g Flour
- 3 teaspoon Baking powder
- 125 g Soft butter
- Mix the egg, butter, sugar and vanilla sugar in the food processor to a pulpy mass
- Add the buttermilk and stir too
- Mix the flour with baking powder and stir into the buttermilk mixture
