Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 350 g potatoes
- 350 g kohlrabi
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 pinch(s) pepper, white
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
- 30 g butter
- 50 ml cream
- 2 sausages
- Fat for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Peel and dice the kohlrabi and potatoes. Boil the kohlrabi and potatoes together in well-salted water for 30 minutes. Drain and mash. Add the butter, nutmeg, pepper, and cream, stir in, and season to taste. Fry the sausage, arrange both on the plate, and serve.
